This week wrapped up the winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. If you love food, you’ve got to make it a point to get to there someday: More than 80,000 cheeses, meats, condiments, candies, whole grains, juices, spice mixes, fancy salts, unique oils and other goodies are presented by 1,300 vendors from 35 countries.

One very important vendor was there: Núñez de Prado, DHC’s premiere supplier of olive oil in our beauty products.

Personally, I’ve given up making them. Declarations of any kind made on January 1 or calling anything a “resolution” seems to add so much pressure to those noble acts of self-improvement we seem to have trouble doing already. So rather than putting these acts on the pedestal of insurmountable obstacles, I’m taking the more casual approach by nonchalantly working easily-achievable tasks into my everyday routine.
